These seem like more realistic targets and putting to bed this notion that we are City 2.0. This is further strenghtened by Rueben and Al Rammayan stating unequivocally that we will not breach FFP or any rules, this is about long term not a quick rush. Torres wants regular football and I think we can offer him that, he isn't exactly a diva signing but it seems sensible at around 25-30m.
