Administrator Stan Posted September 1, 2023 Author Administrator Share Posted September 1, 2023 Dortmund surrender a 2 goal lead against Heidenheim. I swear Dortmund have these kind of brainfarts against a newly-promoted side at least once a season.
6666
Dortmund have had the worst defence in the top 4 in the past 4 seasons. They don't seem to have improved on that...
Moderator Tommy Posted September 1, 2023 Moderator Share Posted September 1, 2023 Very bad start into the season for Dortmund. A lucky win, a lucky draw, and now this. Gladbach vs. Bayern will be interesting tomorrow. On paper you always favour Bayern, but somehow Gladbach always turn up when it's against Bayern. Yeah and to be honest, they've played 3 of the weaker teams in the Bundesliga as well. Certainly Bochum and Heidenheim are probably two of the weakest teams in the Bundesliga this season, while Koln will probably struggle as well. Dortmund really need to start to buck up their ideas, they've been way below par so far.
Michael
Werder Bremen have taken an early lead against Mainz, thanks to a Ducksch penalty goal. I am not sure how strong people think Mainz are this season, but I hope that Werder Bremen beat them today.
Michael
Stuttgart are 3-0 up against Freiburg after only 19 minutes of play. Fuhrich scored the first goal for Stuttgart, then Guirassy scored 2 goals himself. Great start to the game for Stuttgart. Who misses Mavropanos and Endo? Stuttgart 3-0 Freiburg

6666
Leverkusen should swap Xhaka and welcome home their hometown hero, Kai Havertz. Would be a beautiful story. For everyone.
Moderator Tommy Posted September 2, 2023 Moderator Share Posted September 2, 2023 Gladbach fought really well, but in the end Bayern's individual quality was just too much for them. I'm still not convinced by Bayern though. I don't think it'll work out under Tuchel in the long run.

Subscriber Viva la FCB+ Posted September 3, 2023 Subscriber Share Posted September 3, 2023 God damn Gladbach man. We settled in in the second half at least and looked much more comfortable. Deserved result in the end but the boys worked for that one. Nicolas was outstanding for Gladbach, looks to be a real gem.
