Subscriber Dan+ Posted February 19 Subscriber Share Posted February 19 We go there in a fortnight so this is annoying - had that as a banker win under Beale but think under a different manager it's trickier. He's turned out to be a huge dud and frankly an odd bloke.

I didn't even realise it was this season he'd been sacked by Rangers. His collapse has been quite spectacular.

His collapse has been quite spectacular. Quote The 43-year-old has lost his second job this season having previously been dismissed by Rangers. The Londoner was sacked by the Ibrox club at the start of October after a dismal start to the season which saw Celtic march into a seven-point lead at the top of the Premiership. He spent a couple of months out of work before Sunderland came calling. Beale was officially appointed by the Championship side as their new head coach on December 18. He signed a two-and-a-half-year deal. https://www.glasgowtimes.co.uk/sport/24129128.ex-rangers-boss-michael-beale-sacked-sunderland/

Dave
Quite strange to think they just left the youngest team in The Championship without a manager from when this thread was created in mid-February. They went from being six points off the playoffs to finishing seventeen behind.
