When they got Heavy D on the show I remember making a long post (on the old forum I assume) about how the guy quite clearly had mental health issues and it was completely wrong to give him such freedom and exposure that would inevitably set him up for ridicule. Given the size and popularity of the channel they absolutely have a duty to recruit appropriate people as opposed to some of the people they have.
