Early in the first half, he must have communicated to the ref that he went feeling well, the camera panned over to the ref talking to the lino briefly. When camera was on him, he didn't look right at all. Like he had glazed eyes with a 1000 yard stare. Then he had to be stretchered off by paramedics. 

They gave an update in 2nd half that he was in hospital but didn't say what the problem actually was.
