Ruud Van Nistelrooy to be New Leicester Manager

My biggest concern is it's all very flavour of the month. Quite exciting though - similar to Maresca in that it's a bit of an unknown and for all we know we've bagged a top manager in the making.

It is a gamble but I don't really believe that anyone out there isn't. People will point to Moyes, and I get that, but he isn't a guarantee of safety for us either.

I hope 'Van the Man' does well. You have ex-United Michael Carrick managing at Middlesbrough. Both of them played under SAF, so we just might see two good managers in the making.

I strangely don't think many of his players have gone on to do that well. Hughes & Bruce are two of his best - steady in their day but nothing special and really have tanked towards the end.

RVN talks pretty well. He seems switched on. What I like about him from his coaches voice video* was that he seems to be primarily about dominating a game but is absolutely happy to switch it up and play defensively if needs be. He seems pragmatic.

* I appreciate coaches voice's whole idea is about making basically anybody sound good xD
