Must win against @Batard's lot now. Lost all three so far in the Christmas fixtures and have lost ground at just the wrong time.

You won’t struggle against QPR mate. We’ve been toss.

We've been toss the last three games. A very poor loss against Bolton followed by our unbeaten home form coming to an end against Fulham and a last minute loss against Preston, also at home.

The wheel's are starting to come off at the wrong time.

Warnock was shite over Christmas and New Year with QPR back in 2011, he still got us promoted

Why are you playing at 5:30 if it is not on tv? o.O

Because Bristol played Wolves in a late KO so they have to have 48 hours rest between games otherwise it would have been 3pm. This also explains why we’re smashing them, that and Grealish is obviously not pissed for a change.

That draw just knocked us out of the promotion places for the 1st time this season, newly promoted club.. 26 games in, can't complain.. but given the squad strength, the ambition to do more is justified. Given Derby's current form, coming from behind to level away from home was a solid result really, it's that slip up to Bolton that really stuck the blade in. Upwards and onwards, with Cardiff taking a dive and only Wolves looking guaranteed, it's all to play for.

Forest are pretty poor. We've had enough chances to sink a battleship today and not converted one. Really poor few days for us with the Birmingham defeat as well.

All the results went our way too so we could have seriously made some great progress. That is typical of this league. So very very frustrating.

Delighted! A well ground out result with two early injuries in the centre of the park (Henry and Pratley), against a Hull side who look to be in freefall.

We were hardly excellent, but the fight and endeavour (which has been absent at many times this season) really got us the win. Compare this result to our hiding in Hull early in the season and it's obvious to see - there's actually a bit of belief creeping in among the players. It's that belief that will hopefully keep us up; it's probably not going to be due to individuals' craft, skill or finesse.

Unless you're Gary Madine. What a great run of form he is on; he didn't lose out on a high ball or physical challenge once all game. If that's the way Parkinson is determined to play (although, there were some bright pieces of delicate play), Madine has been sculpted into being the perfect man for the job. Shame about his missed sitter at the end - the only blot on an otherwise immaculate performance.

Typical that this run of league form (3 wins in 4) is halted by a cup game next weekend - Huddersfield will stuff us and I just hope that doesn't knock any confidence into the following league games.

With Wolves wrapping up first, realistically we have to aim for Seriously Need To Stop Trying, to stand a chance of going up.

Ah. Bollocks...

@StefBWFC, how are Noone and Le Fondre doing for your lot?

Noone has been rather average, but I'd put that down to him not being given too many starts rather than ineptitude. I think he's still a very useful player to come off the bench, would like to see him get more opportunities as the season goes on.

Le Fondre is a similar issue, but unlike many Wanderers supporters, I see why he's not getting in - Parkinson tends to avoid two up top and he needs Madine to let his tactics work. When he is on, in those fleeting chances, he makes a nuisance of himself and gets into decent positions, it's just that the rest of the squad seem puzzled that there's an option to feet up front. Certainly a fan favourite but not one for PP - definitely a signing to keep the masses happy. I like him a lot, I just fear it's through nostalgia when he was here on loan rather than any key he has now.

Fulham losing at home to Ipswich. Latter down to 10 after Jordan Spence sent off.

Wolves 2 up at home to Brentford.

Birmingham winning away at Reading 1-0 currently.

Great win for Blues, Sunderland are in massive trouble

didn't realise it was so close at the bottom of the league until just now.

Birmingham had only won twice in 12 before today and they're still only 1 point off safety.

Hull have got properly sucked in, too. Reading as well after today's result Similar record to Birmingham above. Pressure mounting on Jaap Stam.
