Sol Campbell to Manage Grimsby Town?

Recommended Posts

Sol Campbell says he is waiting to hear back from Grimsby about their managerial vacancy.

Grimsby's previous manager Russell Slade was sacked last month, following 12 games without a win, and the former England defender has already spoken to the Lincolnshire club about the role.

The 43-year-old ex-Tottenham and Arsenal player, who had a brief spell as assistant boss of Trinidad and Tobago, has also been in contact with Oxford United about their managerial vacancy.

Pretty sure he hates us after one of our supporters internet forums discussed how fat he looked when he joined us on a free. He weirdly lost the plot a bit over it.
