Conversely, Real’s domestic season is dead. They only have the Champions League to play for and a chance at winning three in a row. Like Manchester United last season, all their eggs will be in one basket.

This is true but football is football and Real Madrid have holes that have been consistently exploited this season... Holes that were there last season but for injury-time goals and the second string carrying the side in the second half of the season.  Obviously Real Madrid are Real Madrid and they have some of the best players in the world coupled with the fact that this competition is owned by them historically.

All the same, a coach like Allegri you'd expect he will study their issues which aren't exactly small which means that Juve have a good chance with 100% discipline and concentration.

No way is that the hardest possible draw Juve could've got... Man City, Liverpool or Barcelona would've been much more difficult. Real are there for the taking but the bad luck in this case is how the home and away legs have resulted for Juventus.

As for Barcelona v Roma, obviously on paper one of the "easier" sides anyone could've been drawn against but in Barcelona's case the other side in that easier reckoning would've been Sevilla and there's no way Barcelona would've wanted a Spanish side also considering the Copa del Rey Final with those two is soon to be played.  Barça are favourites but Roma are back on form and have to be respected!

No way Liverpool and City are harder than Madrid, Barca would probably beat Madrid in a h2h but i don't think facing Madrid is any easier than Barca.

This thing is rigged, would of been a great final

It is a shame as either or both of these teams would have been refreshing semi finalists.

Somewhat annoying that bayern and barca have drawn the easiest teams.

Not ideal at this stage but you have to beat the best at some point if you wanna win the cup.

I think city will have too much over two legs for us, unfortunately. But you never know, if city fall apart like they did in the last game, we've got the best players to exploit it.
