Tuchel met with Chelsea in January if memory serves, informal discussion with Marina on all things football. Chelsea themselves made no secret of it. The PSG link, emerged from Germany, but initially it wasn’t taken seriously in France but Tuchels advisors have met with PSG (and Antonio Contes). They were spotted in Paris.
