I'm sure that's probably accurate, but I think when he looked his best was the season before he made the move to Arsenal - even though he got hurt that season and didn't play for a bit. He didn't pull up any trees at Liverpool but he was no where near as dire as others, and he's looked good in spells for Stoke City under Mark Hughes.
