won't be easy as some might think for Barca but I think a good first leg lead is likely. might need it back in Rome

That's what I feel...

Firstly, Barça aren't a defensive side (although this season their defensive stats are second to none in Europe under Valverde) and whereas defensive sides can more times than not benefit from having the home leg first (the opposite favoured A/H draw) due to holding out for a minimum of a 0-0 to take away or a win with a clean sheet, Barcelona will attack Roma with the mindset that they will want to take a convincing result away to Rome.  That in itself is already something to look out for in this tie and then the fact that Roma are playing well of late and will relish this tie with the thought that there's nothing to lose.

Roma have shown they can play in this game, but they've gotten flustered far too easily. They need to believe they can play against this team, otherwise it'll be wave after wave of attacks, similar to what was happening before they eventually conceded.

Strootman and De Rossi are far too immobile to have them both playing against a team like this. Playing Florenzi in central midfield would be better than this current plan.

Sergi Roberto is sent free down the right, cuts the ball back to Messi who fires info the keepers middle.

Barcelona taking things easy at the moment, running the game down comfortably and keeping that clean sheet intact.

3-0 (69 mins).

was much better than that Portuguese guy's goal yesterday

Every bounce lands exactly in the feet of a Barca player as if it were a pass.

That. exactly. All four goals scored by Barcelona were extremely lucky. This result doesn't correspond to their performance. Roma could have scored 2-3 more goals if they were lucky too but Barca possessed the rabbit's foot last night.

The football authorities have managed some more blatant stuff in the past, but I'm with you in that this time it's a lot more sinister and eerie!  All the same... UEFALONA strike again! xD
