Both times they have managed in the same league, he's always been second best to him. Only exception is 2012, when Jose overthrew that amazing Barcelona side. To be fair with us he scored in a couple of derbies, had a decent record against Spurs, scored at least once against Arsenal, multiple times (I think) against City and he also had the FA Cup quarter final against Chelsea where he scored both goals to send us through. He's not the type of player though typically to be the difference in games like this when United need him to which is something he severely lacks compared to Kane, Aguero or Liverpool's attackers.
