Freiburg and Wolfsburg can secure safety away from automatic relegation should the latter beat Hamburg and the former beat Koln.
The writing is on the wall for Koln, who need to beat Freiburg otherwise they all but relegated
Mainz are in the same position as Freiburg/Wolfsburg in that a win for them secures safety for now.
Schalke will guarantee Champions League football next season 1) if Hoffenheim lose on Friday night or, regardless of that result, 2) they beat Gladbach on Saturday
Dortmund will also qualify for CL Football should Hoffenheim and Leipzig lose before they play, and they beat Bremen in the final game of the weekend.

Terrible mistake from Hannover's defender. Weak backpass doesn't reach the keeper, Gnabry intercepts and lays it for Kramaric. 1-0.

Sané, he's joining Schalke in summer xD

1-1 meanwhile.

Sad scenes in Köln... Came back from two goals down and Pizarro had a good chance to make it 3-2 for Köln, but unfortunately missed it and Freiburg scored the winner moments later :( Köln are now officially relegated.

I guess Wiedwald might be available

Still love him :x The thing with Wiedwald is, he needs a lot of trust and confidence to perform at his best, and he lacks consistency and is very susceptible to criticism. Once he makes a few mistakes and the team loses a few matches, his confidence is shot-down completely and he becomes even more error-prone and insecure, it's a vicious cycle... He's a bang average keeper altogether, but his heart is in the right place and I haven't often seen a player who identifies with the club like he does. Hope he finds himself a good club, maybe in 2. Liga, would be good for him and his career.

That's very true.

He was great when he played for us and at that time he was not error-prone at all and that as a young keeper.

As you said. I hope he finds himself a decent club that trusts in his skills.

didn't know this about Baku!

Great story. Saw his goal for Mainz and he looked so elated, almost as if he couldn't believe it. A German fairytale!
