Brighton tipped for relegation before the season started and by all accounts he kept them up not only with somewhat ease, but playing some effective football. Strong defence, pacy skilful wingers, target man up front. Might not be to everyone's taste but it worked for him and his side. Good luck to him as I've not seen anyone say a bad word against him. Hope he continues to do well at Brighton and people do say he's one of the sport's nicest men. They do say the 2nd season can be more difficult so only time will tell if Brighton can improve on last season by surviving and bettering their position they ended up this season.
