Watch VAR get the blame but the referee makes the ultimate decision xD

He's jumped like that because there's no other way you can jump without your arms going up but there's no way he could move his arm in time. Not deliberate or intentional.

Definite penalty. His had wasn’t in a natural position.

That was very natural to me. You use your arms to jump, granted they were high, but that's still harsh IMO.

Aussie tie it up 1-1.

GOAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAL

Australia got 2 penalties given by a defending player swinging his hand in the air.

Denmark got 2 penalties against them by VAR.

No it wasn’t. Arms do tend to be above your waist but HIS arm was a defensive action. It means very little that it wasn’t voluntary under the rules.

what you mean, defensive action? It's how you fucking jump xD. Tell me how you're meant to jump without getting your arms up?

The one against France was absolutely awful defending. This one more bad luck

Jumping doesn't lead your arm to go above your head so from that point of view you can understand the referee giving a penalty.

I understand it, but I don't get the yellow.

I played football, I know how to jump and I know where my hands tend to be positioned for impulse.

here are part of the rules for a handball in terms of awarding a penalty.

If the referee feels that the positioning of the player’s arms was not natural, then the player should be penalized.

When you’re in full hight your arms tend to be at head hight?  You’re giving me jackanories.
