As if the Burnley game wasn't televised anywhere in the world, not in the UK or in Turkey either, a bit odd? Oh well.

Notably...

... Zenits 8-1 win in extra time looked a bit weird.

... Hibs absolutely dumped out 3-0 by Molde isn't too impressive.

... Besiktas only sneak past LASK on away goals. Negredo came on after 72 minutes, got booked on 85, scored the winning equaliser to make it 2-2 on aggregate in stoppage time then got a second yellow presumably for over celebrating.

... Vitesse knocked out after losing both legs 1-0 to Basel.

... Double Dutch pain, Feyenoord can only draw 1-1 at home with Trencin losing 5-1 on aggregate. Whatever the state of Dutch football, that is a big scalp for Trencin and Slovakian football at large.

... Rangers and Bordeaux comfortably through.

... Jack Cork sends Burnley through their tricky Istanbul tie in extra time.

... Braga are out on away goals after leading twice at home against Zorya and being pegged back. 3-3 on aggregate. Zorya from Ukraine beating a Portuguese side doesn't reflect well on Portuguese football.

Once again none of the ties to be played this Thursday, which include Celtic, Rangers, Burnley, Sevilla, Atalanta & RB Leipzig, are to be shown on TV in the UK. Not sure why as I'm sure in previous seasons, at this stage, West Ham & Spurs have had their ties televised...

All of our games were televised last year. Can't remember if they were or not in the UK but certainly somewhere. Last week's Burnley game the only footage you could get of the winning goal was from mobile phones in the stand.

I'm guessing that at least Celtic and Rangers are showing them on their own in house 'channels'.

UEFA should really sort out a deal for these qualifying rounds. Individual deals for matches are too much to sort out in such a short period of time.

- Sevilla take 84 minutes to break down Czech side Sigma Olomouc in their 1-0 win.

- Celtic draw 1-1 with Suduva in Lithuania leaving them with work to do in the second leg.

- Atalanta only manage a 0-0 draw against Kovenhavn in Italy.

- Basel, who got rid of Vitesse in the last round drop two away goals to Apollon Limassol but win 3-2.

- Burnley lose 3-1 in Greece to Olympiakos with Ben Gibson sent off for two yellow cards in 13 minutes.

- RB Leipzig only draw 0-0 with Zorya, despite the Ukrainians who knocked Braga out last week getting a straight red in the first 20 minutes.

- Bordeaux could see their progress halted after drawing 0-0 in their away leg with Gent.

- Far from job done for Rangers who travel to Russia next week for their second leg with FC Ufa having won 1-0 tonight in Scotland.

I can't help but feel that Burnley have had a blessing in disguise here. No way will they be as fortunate with injuries this season, and with the depth they have they would have struggled to compete on all fronts.

Ufa have equalised to make it 1-2 on aggregate and Morelos has been sent off for the 2nd time this season. Think he wants to stay fit for the big game on Sunday...

Two relatively big names at risk right now.

Atalanta are away tonight at Kobenhavn. After the 0-0 in Italy last week it is 0-0 again tonight after 60 minutes.

In bigger trouble are RB Leipzig, who trail Zorya 2-1 in Germany having drawn the first leg in Ukraine 0-0. A draw isn't enough for RBL now as they'll lose on away goals, they need two in the last 30 minutes. Remember that Zorya beat Portuguese Braga on away goals in the previous round already!

90th minute penalty from Forsberg and Leipzig have turned it around 3-2.

Copenhagen and Atalanta heading to extra time.

Apollon Limassol about to knock out Basel on away goals as well which is a bit of an upset.
