He may be delaying the inevitable transfer to a top six club, but joining Chelsea during a period of such instability could swallow up his confidence. In my opinion, its down to three things. Golovin actually preferred Monaco. An opportunity for Reuben Loftus-Cheek and a spolid push in to the top four. Mourinho's due a breakdown and Tottenham aren't doing anything spectacular.
