Another hint: Its national flag depicts the sun rising from the ocean and a golden bird flying over it.

It's got to be one of those countries the aussies always used to humiliate in the WC qualifiers but i can't think of any more names.

Haha Stan already got the right answer (Kiribati) but I just wanted to add that they are not even a member of FIFA so not eligible for the World Cup...
