The Ivorian left the Giallorossi to join the Chinese Super League club in 2016, with an €18m transfer fee and a salary of €2.7m per season, as well as generous bonuses. Now though Sky is reporting that he’s one step away from a return to with Parma set to sign him. The Ducali have agreed a deal with Hebei China Fortune for a permanent transfer, with Gervinho leaving six months before the end of his contract. The 31-year-old will likely agree a mutual termination to complete his return to Italy, where he scored 17 goals in 71 Serie A games in his previous spell. Completely forgot he existed.
