Clubs should, rightly, lose their players who got sent-off on Saturday but they’re losing them for an extra game than the penalties for red cards state, which is bizarre and wrong. I hope Sunderland or Southend, two clubs effected by this field their ineligible players just to make more of a mockery of the competition. It won’t happen but I’d rate either of them if they did. Exactly. I don't get the FA's logic here (not for the first time). It just clearly doesn't make sense he should be punished for this game.
Eco
That is an odd decision, I'm not sure what ground the FA has to state that they can't play BUT it also won't count towards their suspension.

Eco
At least it'll be nice to see Andre Green for the first time.
Eco
McGee is absolutely gash. Too quick to leave his box, and just tackled a Gillingham attacker without touching the ball in a situation that didn't need such laughable heroics. I swear Cups drive me crazy as it's the only time I have to watch this unsteady bug.

Eco
2-0. Close scores the second for Portsmouth. What a poor GK Gillingham have, as that had the pace of a sweet pass outside the box, which still went in for a goal. Here we come, Wembley. Eco
2-0 Portsmouth at Half-time. Outside of the two goals, this game as been a snooze fest, with neither GK having to do anything. Gillingham's keeper has literally done nothing. From Pompey's view, no one is really playing well. Defenders have done okay, Wheeler has done well going forward, but really no one is sticking out as the MOTM.
