Fährt is not at all pronounced like fart. Learn your umlauts, brexit peasants!

It still looks silly and makes a mockery of your country.

bullet-proof, not bomb-proof (read firecracker-proof).

They're still susceptible to damage given enough force.

Firecrackers can break bullet proof glass?!? Do you actually know that or is that just a blind guess?

i have absolutely no idea.

also have no idea if the firecracker thing is true. just a rumour still. Don't even know what was used to target the bus.

Also have no idea what could penetrate or smash bullet-proof glass to be honest.

I think it's a bit ridiculous that they have to play less than 24 hours after someone potentially tried to kill and/or hurt them. Will be interesting to see how they'll react tonight.

Ginter will have to replace Bartra. What a shame! Bartra has been really solid for the last two month - finally!

Too bad UEFA only care about their ad revenue.

Monaco should win this with dortmund rattled by Jihadi Jens

I'll be so rattled if Ginter or Bender blunder today.

We should boo the UEFA hymn tonight.

How this game is going ahead the day after the events of yesterday is beyond me.  I get the fact we have to carry on and all that because dong anything else gives in to those who try to terrorise freedom.  But I don't know if this is fair on the Dortmund players.

Monaco have just missed a penalty. Hit wide and off target by Fabinho. Remains 0-0.

Rough call there against Dortmund. Looked worse until the replay showed nothing much.

And he just shanked it. Wow

Mbappe score. Dortmund look shaken, understandably. Monaco attacking at will. Carved open and Mbappe, who is actually offside, hits it in off his thigh.

Haha was he trying to shoot it or cross? Either way worked in his favor

The distance wasn'T huge, but it was easy to spot, because there was no antiparallel movement.

Think you have a future in officiating if these professional officials can't spot a marginally close call.

For the viewer not for the linesman. Split second they looked they were on, hence it being a tough call. Watch the replay.

Own goal 0-2

It's the linesman's responsibility to be at the right spot, hence it being bad officiating.

It was bad officiating. But it wasn't as clear cut as you are making it out to be. If you look at the run of play during the cross you can see in milliseconds they were in line. We have the hindsight to criticise them for that.

'Member when Tuchel didn't fuck around with this clearly dysfunctional 5-2-3 all the time and Dortmund were actually able to play for extended periods in the opponent's half?

I 'member.

Stated this before but if Monaco manages to lock down their young players long term they could be a incredible side in the long run

Winning anything requires some luck along the way, but I can see this particular Monaco side winning it and THAT would be good for football.  Over any side remaining in this tournament, they would really shake things up if they won the most prestigious prize in European football.

Would it be good though? Wasn't it pitiful how little people went to their CL final against Porto?
