I think it’s because it’s illegal to tackle showing studs when someone is about to swing to kick. Can cause a serious injury.

Nacho Fernandez is running rings around Boca at the moment. Looks the most dangerous player on the pitch. Since Benedetto came off Boca hasn't had that same touch going forward.
