When you have a player that doesn't respect the club enough to show up when things are down then you know for a fact that they aren't going to be of any use to you in the longer run. Sure, they might put in the odd good performance here and there but does that really scream of anything professional. The problem with Pogba isn't that he doesn't have skill, the problem is that he lacks any discipline and professionalism to be of any use to a club that wants to win things. If you're another team and you're watching whats going on at United you must seriously be wondering why would you take a chance on a player that does the kinds of things this guy does.
