Paul Pogba - Man Utd Future In Doubt

Why would he publicly say he thinks it's time to leave? And then Sky reports that United want to offer him 500k per week? I'd make the cunt sit in the reserves.... Sir Alex was right about this man all along wasn't he!? United need rid of the likes of Pogba and Sanchez if they're ever going to get back to what they were.

Man Utd will be better off if they can be rid of him.

Yep, his heart is not in the club anyway so bin the bum, let him dance off to Spain, Italy whatever and listen to his music. :coffee:

I'm done with that cunt now. Great player but terrible attitude. Sell him asap

Manchester United have added £30m to their valuation of France midfielder Paul Pogba, 26, and want £180m for the player they re-signed for £89m in 2016. (Star)

Juventus have ended their interest in Pogba, leaving the way clear for Real Madrid to sign the France international. (Mail)

£180m? xD

I'd be disappointed if we paid £1.80p to be honest.

Manchester United are reported to want £200m (€212m) and Real Madrid won't pay that amount as the player isn't worth that figure in the eyes of Real Madrid CF and according to leaked information from Real Madrid, he isn't worth that to Manchester United in any which way shape or form.

The problem doesn't lie at Man Utd who own the player and is contracted to them, so they couldn't give a damn what Pogba or Real Madrid are requesting. The problem resides at Real Madrid curiously enough as there is an internal battle going on there. Paul Pogba is the ONLY request club head coach Zinedine Zidane asked for when he rejoined the club midway through the season. He didn't ask for Eden Hazard or any other players that have been subsequently signed this summer... Zidane apparently spoke to Paul Pogba during the end to last season and convinced him to go to Real Madrid when the summer arrived.

Florentino Pérez as we can all remember made a half-hearted attempt to sign Pogba back when the France International finally ended up at Man Utd. He made a seeming effort to appease Zidane but has never seen Pogba as an answer to any issues Real have at the price he would have to pay. Plus he also doesn't see Pogba as a marketable product by comparison to the price one should pay to acquire his services.

To summarise... There is a war going on at the moment at Real Madrid that if Pogba doesn't arrive Zidane could resign. The problem is that for Pogba to go to Real it would mean a huge transfer fee, giving his agent (Mino Raiola whatever he sees fit) and also paying Paul Pogba a massive salary which makes the whole deal ridiculous in terms of how the Real Madrid President values the player which isn't all that much.

That's understandable tbh. Pogba was an incredible price on signing and is worth at best equal to hazard. But United losing Pogba would be a damaging symbolic blow that they'd surely rather avoid at their current juncture.

I wished to fuck Sir Alex had just stayed for 3 more seasons as he was the one that got rid of Pogba and there is no way he would have had him back, Juve then would have sold Pogba to Real & Zidane, Pog's would have been a big flop, Real then sacked Zidane as Real ended up with nothing again and lumbered with Pogba and wasted £80 million....

Oh...I've just woken up, a lovely dream that was...sigh :x

Real have been trying to get rid of Bale and James for a long time, no team wants to match Real's valuation of them or pay the high wages they are on.  If this is the only way Real can afford Pogba,  then I imagine he won't be going to Real this summer.

He's got a fucking cheek if he's asking to leave again, He's been average at best for 2 seasons straight. He should be getting his head down and working hard to try and repay the club and the fans for bringing him back in the first place, If he leaves its because he's not up for the challenge and wants an easier ride elsewhere.

Don't know much about James but I would rather tolerate Pogba staying than getting an old, past it, injury-ridden Bale.

Manchester United are preparing for 26-year-old France midfielder Paul Pogba's departure and are closing in on a £70m move for Lazio's Serbia international Sergej Milinkovic-Savic, 24. (Mirror)

However, Pogba could actually stay at Old Trafford for at least another year, which would scupper any move for Milinkovic-Savic (Express)

Real Madrid has decided to sign Ajax's 22-year-old Dutch midfielder Donny van de Beek rather than pursue an impossible deal for Manchester United's 26-year-old French midfielder Paul Pogba. (Marca)

Getting Van de Beek or Milinkovic Savic for Pogba would put United well on the up.

Van de Beek wants to go to Real Madrid and has pressured publicly to go there. Again we would have a situation if he hypothetically went to United where it wouldn’t be his favoured destination.
