Nothing Else Matters and The Unforgiven are my favourites but the whole 'Plays Metallica by Four Cellos' album is class tbh... You should also listen to Mozart Heroes and some of their covers which I think aren't as good as Apocalyptica but its a very interesting take on Metallica songs when you have a classic guitar and Cello.
