ScoRoss 799 Posted December 21, 2018 Share Posted December 21, 2018 For once, it would be nice if Scottish football wasn't years behind other league in Europe but actually one of the league that helped shape modern football. Full time referees, VAR and goal-line technology will probably be the standard for high level football in a few years. Might as well get into it now. How many countries, outside of England actually have full time referees? Even the best referees in the Champions League seem to always have other professions.
