Tigres or monterrey to win it all.

No way does a Liga MX team win it this year. Your two biggest teams are not in it, and the MLS has a few good teams involved.

Atlanta United is likely the favorite, followed Sporting KC or NY Red Bulls

Sorry mate, but I disagree completely.

A Mexican team has won it every year since 2005 and last year Chivas, who were complete dross managed to take it.

MLS is not far off Liga MX but it's completely wrong to say they don't have a chance.

So - This started last night with a terrible look for the MLS. Here are last night's results -

Guastatoya (GUA) 0-1 Houston Dynamo (USA)

Tonight's matches are:

Marathon (HON) vs Santos (MEX)
Atletico Pantoja (DOM) vs New York Red Bulls (USA)
Alianza (SLV) vs Monterrey (MEX)

3-1

I'm having nightmares from Atlanta's first match last year against Houston in which we looked so confused on all fronts.

I did warn you that Herediano are no mugs. From what I'm hearing you aren't helping yourselves but against top Costa Rican sides you really can't allow that.

Much stronger lineup than what we attempted in Costa Rica. I'd still switch Villalba for Barco, but this is a strong lineup regardless.

Now let's see if we can come back from the 3-1 deficit.

And it's halftime so it's 2-0 Atlanta.

Again, we progress if this holds, but we are clearly the better team tonight since we aren't playing on that crap, concrete covered in turf nonsense they had in CR.

THREE! THREE! THREE! TO NOT A DAMN THING!

Agg now is 4-3 Atlanta United.

Here looks trash tonight and we should have 5-6 by now.

Josef scores this one, set up by Brek Shea.

On a somewhat emotional, yet cool moment, Josef celebrated doing his first goal with his famous Heart celebration, but this time it was just him alone, as the other half was always Miggy.

@Harvsky @Toony @Rafa Beneathus - You'll be happy to know they have mention Miguel and Newcastle about 20 times tonight.
