Unlucky that - Philly score but it's ruled offside after the ball deflected by the goalie landed right at the feet of the offender.

Still 0-0

What a performance that was! Clearly the better team from start to finish, Barco was the MOTM for me, and Pity had his best game yet. While Josef got his 2 goals, the former 2 players really set the pace and caused a lot of issues for the SKC backline.

Well done Atlanta :congrats:

Top of the pop, along with my phils so I can't complain. Hopefully we keep the trend going we've been such a disappointment for so freakin long. Why did you switch to Portsmouth?

Good to see Atlanta have finally got their act together after their shit start to the season. Won 3 on the bounce now.

Did switch - Portsmouth have always been my English team, and since are in the playoffs, I changed over my badge and avi.

I'm still an Atlanta United ST Holder.

Atlanta should have a very comfortable 3-0 win today against Orlando City. They suck and we don't.

Just tuned in just after HT.

First time I'll be able to watch an Almiron-less Atlanta...

Yeah - pretty good performance. Nice to see us win again, and even better to see Pity finally score. So far without Barco we still look incredibly dangerous.

Are midweek games often in the MLS?

They are. Especially with a major break coming up, the MLS tends to stick as many games as possible in there.

Atlanta is really getting screwed.

Wednesday at Vancouver (As far away as possible)
Sun at New York (Another Cross Country trip)
Friday at Salt Lake (Another cross Country trip)

Yeah, the travelling aspect was why I was shocked there were midweek games. I automatically assumed it was all weekend games due to the travelling across the US and Canada that players will do.

This fixture congestion is showing already in the Toronto vs DC match. Neither team look fresh, and they both played Sunday, and again this weekend. DC play a week ago also, which explains why this match has been slow thus far.
