WTF?

Wrong topic, I don't know how that happened. But it's in the right one now.

Alessandro Cinelli (Ferrari) will become Sauber's Head of Aerodynamics, where he will report to the new Technical Director, Jan Monchaux.

AMuS are reporting that Giovinazzi is at risk of losing his seat if he doesn't show any improvement until Monza. Makes sense too; expected more from him but he's been disappointing so far. Not sure whom Ferrari would put in the second Sauber seat next season if Giovinazzi is gone though.

There are stories (rumours?) coming out that it's apparently very unlikely that Alfa Romeo will continue the Sauber partnership after 2020. Apparently there's a lot of disagreement with Ferrari as well and it's suggested that they might sever ties and move to Honda engines in the future.

Maybe about the driver choice for their 2nd seat? ;)

Haha still hoping for Hulk are we? xD

I don't know; I hear it's more of a general disagreement about how things are being done and that Sauber feel they are not taking the path which was agreed upon with Marchionne when the deal was made.

Definitely. I'd be such a shame to see him without a drive.

Hmm, I see. Hope they'll get a good deal in place if the Ferrari thing breaks up. They'd need it financially.

If they don't improve the car next season then it doesn't matter anyway. Giovinazzi improved a bit as the season progressed but still I don't see any long-term future for him in F1.

Kubica has joined Sauber as a reserve driver for next season and has brought in Orlen as a co-title sponsor :o

Sauber has passed all the crash tests now :) It's being reported that despite having Ferrari engine, they incorporated a lot of Mercedes last year's car design concepts this time (and apparently their very extreme nose design was the reason why they failed the front crash test before!). Will be interesting to see what they've come up with...

The new nose seems to be happy about the new car.

The old one, yes. The new one seems too happy to be Darth Vader. :D

That is an awesome racing suit. But most likely just for testing too? :(
