Win at all costs for both games. Can't afford to drop points against either team (even with Burnley being 8 points ahead of us), especially as we have Liverpool after these games. Any points dropped and we're as good as down.

Really could do with Bournemouth winning as well, though after getting slapped by Burnley last week, I'm not expecting much. A Wolves win would also be nice.

Should win this one. It's an absolute classic "Everton that" opportunity for us to go and lose at a relegated side after beating Chelsea and Arsenal in the last three so it's a sort of important game for us to make sure we put this post-Moyes banter era Everton to bed once and for all.

I believe we will win. Fulham 0-2 Everton.

Doesn't every side say 'typical us' when they lose or fuck something up?

Not every side, but a lot do - Spurs, Arsenal, Liverpool, Leicester among others. I remain convinced that none of them have done it more than us over the past 5 years, as do the fans of all of those teams, I'm sure.

Lol. The Mirror, apparently.

The irony of this is that it could be our lineup when we play them. xD

Our actual line-up is unchanged, including Jagielka. Keane on the bench.

Wolves have gotten back in the game with a goal. Southampton had it coming with the way they were playing after they got the opening goal.

Yep. Unless we get back in the match sharpish, we're fucked.

Not great from us so far. Mitrovic causing us problems.

1-0 to Fulham. Deserved. Now we need to respond, we've not been good enough so far.

Apparently being fucked by the worst officials in the world again.

Assistant spots a handball, ref gives a pen, wasn't going to speak to the linesman....... only to speak to the linesman and overruled the decision. No pen.

Ladies and gents. The greatest league in the world. And to think Warnock has been charged after his outburst. xD

Stream crashed, apparently Fulham have scored again and Jagielka was out of position. Shouldn't really have kept his place over Keane. He's the man for a crisis but he's no longer the man to lead our defence through a run of games.

Welcome back Everton.

Watford to finish 7th now then, Saints are beating Wolves 3-1.

Apprently he overalled him because he was nearer. By the sounds of it the first one probably wasn't. The second may have been but would be harsh. But I haven't seen them yet

In some ways it honestly bugs me when teams like Everton and Wolves just turn out equally dire results. Just makes the whole thing a bit of a farce. It's like no-one actually wants it. I wouldn't be surprised if they don't.

Whilst I do want to finish 7th and get European football I'd happily take missing out on it if we can have less games and properly rebuild our squad.

From a fans point of view I 100% want us to qualify although from a squad and footballing perspective I'd probably agree regarding us as well, but at the same time there's always the chance we just don't get an opportunity like this again and I do think there's always a danger that you get into this mindset that you're never fully ready for it. I could totally see us saying the same thing in a year's time for example.

Weirdly I think Watford could hack it better than us or you which sounds absolutely ridiculous but I'm sure they made 11 changes in the cup and walked their game at Newcastle. They've got better depth than they're given credit for. We on the other hand absolutely terrify me when we have to make a sub.

If you gave me the choice I'd take European football but I'm not going to be upset if we miss out on it. Next season will be a different story because we should be looking to secure 7th with two full seasons under a new manager.
