Just to save you some time, Guam, American Samoa, Hawaii, and Northern Mariana Islands are all owned by the USA. Up to you to decide which one you want to use. I know about Suriname because of excellent Dutch footballers that are Surinamese or of Surinamese descent. Seedorf, Davids, Hasselbaink, Babel, Gini, big Virgil, and shitloads of others.
