Eco
What a mare of the ref there. Spain score a good goal, only to have it called (very incorrectly) offside. Way to suck ref assistant ref.

Cicero
Spain need to evolve already. They don't have the players anymore to replicate the 2008-2012 philosophy. Bring in something new.

Bring in something new. Yeah - they are definitely missing that Villa-esque player up front that can finish off plays. Also, their Midfield is playing the style that Xavi and Iniesta used to at about 75% of the talent.
Eco
0-0 at half time although Spain was clearly screwed in the disallowed goal.
Eco
Missed most of the second half, but Spain does win 3-0 thanks to goals from Ramos, Morata, and Oyarzabal.
SirBalon
Spain has very good players, that much is evident but there are fundamental parts missing to this machinery which include a David Villa (still waiting) ans the clairvoyance in midfield of a Xavi and Iniesta that read the opponent and can dictate the speed of the game. The midfield necessities has been given to Isco who is one and isn't any of the two for all of the talent he possesses and up front there doesn't seem to be a Davis Villa coming in the horizon for a while yet. All the same, there is talent there and this Spain side can sort games out on their day against anyone, but the taken for granted dominance is no longer there. At least not for the now.
