This is according to the proposal made by the Spanish Football Federation 8RFEF) and announced in the Ordinary General Assembly this Monday. The competition director, Alfredo Olivares, also explained that the RFEF has received a proposal from La Liga to change the midweek round on Wednesday 4th December to Wednesday 13th May. Although the RFEF are not opposed to it, the Spanish footballers' association (AFE) must agreeto the switch for the move to be approved. The assembly approved the Federation's 2018 budget of over 188 million euros with no votes against, 82 for and 10 abstention. They also backed the 2019 budget which is increased to almost 225 million euros with 82 votes in favour, 11 against and one abstention. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
