It's KNVB Beker action for him next. I may have jinxed it by praising it last time but @Toinho's run at Plymouth is over as he falls to a 3-0 defeat at the hands of his new team Colchester (who face Grimsby next ). Another draw in La Liga 2 for @Mel81x making it 5 draws in 5 games in that competition but it's back to the lucky Copa del Rey next! @nudge overtakes @Cicero in the table and gains some ground on @Stan with PSG's 4-2 win over Lyon as the latter isn't in action until this weekend, plus there's a Coupe de France tie before then too! The only Premier League game was Sheffield United's 2-1 win over Bournemouth earning @Azeem 3 points and now gets to enjoy the 'winter break'. This weekend seems to have flown by so fast! @Eco, @HawayTheLads and @londonerlilie will have to wait even longer for a game as their game was called off due to health and safety reasons (Storm bloody Dennis). It was the same fate for @Mel81x's first game with Real Sociedad - they meet Valencia next which is also the next opposition for me with Atalanta so if I lose that game, we'll be facing off! missed a friendly match which Atalanta strangely played (and won 6-3) last Monday so I've added that result to the results list and the table as well as the weekend win over Roma because of the fact I've included friendly matches for other teams of late too so it's only fair. PSG v Amiens was the pick of the ties as they played out a 4-4 draw which means @nudge loses a little bit of ground on those above as Liverpool won again. Liverpool's win means @Stan, @Cicero, @Bluewolf, @Fairy In Boots, @Teso dos Bichos, @CaaC (John) and @DeadLinesman dance for joy as they grab another 3 points to continue their domination. It's Borussia Dortmund and Atletico Madrid for PSG and Liverpool next in the Champion's League. @Batard now gets to enjoy some Europa League action next after Newcastle lost 4-0 to Arsenal. Meanwhile, back in the EFL, there was a loss for Preston for @Dr. Gonzo and a much deserved win for @Toinho's Grimsby.
