If this result holds, then there is no way for Spartak to finish in a European spot this year, so they need to throw all of their eggs into the Cup tie against Zenit.

Official statement from Spartak -

Quote
As a follow-up to the Mayor of Moscow Decree to ban mass events of over 5000 participants for a period until April 10, FC Spartak Moscow is forced to refuse to sell tickets for the Tinkoff Russian Premier Liga home game against FC Ufa (Matchweek 24), which will be held on April 4 at the Otkrytie Arena.

Currently, we’re exploring possible options for organizing the match, taking into account the restrictions imposed by the Mayor’s office, and continue to consult with the RPL and the RFU in connection with the development of the epidemiological situation in the country and in the world.

All information on the format of the upcoming home matches will be published on the club's official website and social media channels next week.
