Dave Posted August 16, 2018 Posted August 16, 2018 It looks like to me a poor exchange rate with Europe has changed the way clubs spend. We've seen so many loans the last two windows it's quite crazy. I wonder if agent fees and thirty parties are a reason that's happened too. I imagine they'd cut out of it if the loaning club agree a wage percentage with each other. Schalke sporting director Christian Heidel has reiterated that Schalke are not on the market for players from the Premier League. In an off-camera briefing, Heidel revealed that the club have been offered players from as many as 11 clubs in England in the last two weeks but they are all too expensive.
