  1. 1. When a player is fouled and injured that player has to leave the field of play and has to wait 30 seconds before being allowed back, I suggest the player that commits the foul should also have to leave the field of play until the fouled player returns or a substitute is fielded in his or her place this way it might stop stupid or malicious fouls and not give any unnecessary advantage even as small as 30 seconds. 2. Penalty shootouts should be taken after 90 mins and then play 30 mins extra time, if team A wins the penalty shootout by whatever margin let's say 5-3 for instance then Team A has a 2 goal advantage in extra time if Team B score 2 goals to make it 2-2 after extra time then Team A would win the match because they won the penalty shootout meaning team B would need to score 3 goals to win, this way it takes a lot of unnecessary pressure off the players and it also means teams must attack rather than simply playing for penalties. 3. Refferees and Assistants in big matches are professionals, the Premier League, EFL, international and European matches they are all paid, at the end of a game the TV interview players and managers asking them to explain certain aspects of the match the manager is obliged to do this so I believe the match officials should also be obliged to do the same and explain their decisions to the fans and public instead of just leaving the field of play never to been seen again until the next game.
