There was a time in the 80's where US college football players wore tear away jerseys.The one thing this served was to show the ref's when there was a shirt tug. Id prefer not to go down this route but I'm fed up with the amount of shirt pulling.. Maybe, I've become forgetful but I don't remember this in the 80's?? Allow the stones to be thrown.
