  1. 3-0 .. 3-0 against the same team. wow !!! if Wenger still has respect for Arsenal then he should resign.
  2. let me just have my say about the news outlet these days ................. i don't believe in anything they say 100%. Not unless it's an actual video interview of an athlete saying this and that. but if i see that's it all just WORDS. i just breeze thru them. Because now with the internet, these news networks just like any publication needs the traffic to generate revenues and the more JUICY their story is, the more people will read them, the more traffic in their website the more money they'll get. let's just take that link of yours --- it's from the BBC - a very credible name in the news industry. BUT -- if you look at the note below that supposedly "text" of Conte to Costa .. it reads :::: A recreation of the message Antonio Conte sent to Diego Costa ... it's not the actual screenshot of Costa's phone.
  3. sadly that's the trend we're seeing now. Aubameyang in Dortmund, Sanchez in Arsenal, Coutinho in Liverpool, them players did something rebellious against their ( former ) clubs for them to be transferred. ... and now Thibaut is talking about madrid and how he misses his family. He should have thought it thru before making a move to London... back to Conte, isn't that the manager's job to bring the best out of the squad he has ?? but if we look at the table, chelsea is just 6 points away from United and just two points behind Spurs, knowing how the EPL is, we can't predict to what the table will look like on the final Match Day. so, it's not that too bad for Chelsea and Conte.
  4. all season i'm liking mr Valverde. a modest person. hasn't made any jibe against his opponents ....
  5. exactly. morata was the only viable option Chelsea had that summer. his form in madrid that season was good enough to convince the Board in chelsea to pay that much amount for him. but this fall from grace of Chelsea has Conte to blame. I
  6. i'm only dreaming -------------- RM winning the UCL again but finished 5th in the league.
  7. i feel sorry for Bale. when he is healthy he is very deadly. his sprint speed is just phenomenal but sadly he has a very frail body. now, madrid fans such as myself is smiling that he is back on form but is expecting in two or three weeks time that there'll be news of Bale getting injured again. but damn, such a very bad season RM is having. it's like a kid who's thrown his puzzle pieces on the floor and can't figure out which pieces link up ....
  8. crucial games for City .... december 10 -- United december 16 - Spurs january 14 - liverpool feb 10 - leicester feb 24 - Arsenal march 3 - chelsea april 7 - united april 14 - spurs
  9. yeah. that's one of the problems too. A lot of games during the off season. I remember years back when they played a game in dubai during the christmas break that their bodies got facked up on the second half of the season. if they want to play these events ( not the mandatory pre-season friendly ) for money, then they should make it a 15 minute per half game. It's a worthless game anyway, people only wants to take photos so no need to tire out them players.
  10. yep. Real basically has the same players as last year. Watching the Derby last night i can't help but to raise an eyebrow on to where did it all go wrong. And to compare it with their UCL clash. but i have to disagree, knowing the egos of Ronaldo and Ramos, Real Can't bounce back from this form.
  11. zero silverware for this season. with how things are going, i see them with a Round of 16 exit in the Champions League. A Quarters exit for the Spanish Cup and a third or even fourth finish in the league.
  12. the return of Dembele into action is nigh. Barca will be a lot stronger with him. I like this new coach Ernesto - smooth operator, very humble in interviews ...
  13. that went weird pretty fast hehehe anyhow, rumors had it that Real are now willing to sell Bale for 80 million but who the fack would want to buy a FRAGILE player for that price ??
  14. not even playing and he got injured again .. they better sell him off and take in some reliable striker or winger.
  15. yeah. this is the first time in a many years that Perez has consented to his manager's request by not buying any "superstar". no galactico purchase and trusted on the youth coming up the ranks. but still, when things don't go his ( perez ) way, he always fires his managers.
  16. Perez is retarded, we've seen it in the past. Everything is in shambles now. The defense is like marshmallow, so soft that the other teams can easily toy with them and of course score. the midfield is confused. and the attack is like a rusty sword.
  17. what i'm seeing with Real is they are a bunch of burnt out players.
  18. oh well. this frustration stems from the fact that Arsenal last won the league was way back 2003.
  19. that's a hard fact some Arsenal fans can't accept --- that there are people like you that want Arsene gone. i bet Arsenal would be better if they have a new manager. Carlo is free, i hope they'll get him next season, but knowing how the Arsenal Board is, they'll stick with Wenger till he dies ....
  20. dude. why this aggression ?? relax .......... i'm only here to understand to why all this is happening in arsenal.... i understand your defense for Arsene coz you're an Arsenal fan thru and thru but me only an "outsider". Coz the way i understand things, the manager has 80% of the say when it comes to the team. if we look around in the EPL with City they had to let Manuel go becoz of his subpar performance and even Jose Mourinho who formed the foundation of Chelsea was given the boot by Roman. Now, look at City with Pep they're doing good and Chelsea won it last season with Conte. why can't the arsenal board do what the other teams did ???
  21. the biggest problem with Arsene like i mentioned was he is willing to sell his star players. RVP was the biggest example of that. Not only did they sell RVP but they sold him to a rival club. Having said that, Arsenal of years past doesn't need money or doesn't need to buy established players because Arsene is very good in developing players ................................................ and then he sells them.....
  22. that's just his alibi. He has failed as a President during the first Galacticos years. his biggest mistake was giving Del Bosque the boot, after that, yikes, i don't know how many managers they had.
  23. exactly. Wenger has a lot of "Pupils" that he has sold such as On-Ri ( Henry ) and Van Persie just to name a few .... fans get excited about a developing player and then the next season, all we hear is that player being sold .........
  24. why ??? i was only stating facts. Does it hurt too much being reminded that you only had 3 EPL trophies in 20 years ?? i'm an outsider but even i get affected with how Arsenal is performing, i'm a madrid fan, but in the EPL my team is United, but every year i always follow Arsenal's run ...... what's bollocks is how Arsenal is very consistent in it's performances. First half of the season, they're way up there but at the end, they always end up 3rd or 4th. If we compare the EPL to the movie industry, Arsenal is always and always the supporting actor never the Lead.
