ScoRoss Posted March 16, 2021 Posted March 16, 2021 Che Adams has u-turned and will accept a call up to the Scotland squad. A much needed boost, as striker is probably the weakest part of the team still. And some alternate to Dykes is needed desperately, shown in the last batch of qualifiers.
ScoRoss Posted March 16, 2021 Author Posted March 16, 2021 Perhaps Shaun Rooney could have made a claim to get in the squad, but Palmer and O'Donnell have done reasonably under Clarke. Great to see Nisbet get a call up as well, has outperformed Shankland this season and is probably one of the best goalscorers Scotland have to choose from. Also a recall for Jack Henry who, by all accounts, has been reborn since his loan move to Belgium. Gives another, younger, option at centre back. Fully expect: Marshall O'Donnell - McTominay - McKenna - Tierney - Robertson McGinn - Jack - McGregor Dykes - Christie
ScoRoss Posted April 16, 2021 Author Posted April 16, 2021 Ryan Jack out for the rest of the season and the European Championships. Pretty big loss for the summer, which might force Clark to play McTominay in midfield instead of in the back three.
