No one is right here. Modric and Kroos are far more gifted than Busquets, but if you want a tactical defensive use then Balon is spot on with his comments. There isn't many if any better at doing what Busquets does.

In a way, its like comparing Higuain with Benzema. Higuain does his job at scoring goals a lot better but his overall game is more limited than Benzema.
