Michael Posted July 27 Share Posted July 27 Scottish giants Rangers have signed Czech international winger Vaclav Cerny on loan from German club Wolfsburg. Cerny who played for the Czech Republic at Euro 2024, is a tricky winger who has also played for Dutch clubs Ajax and FC Twente during his career.
