This is why i think, if you have ambitions of becoming a top manager that'll one day manage England or have a sustained period in the PL, you need to go to a country in Europe such as Germany where you'll be given time to implement a philosophy. The Championship is far too cut throat to learn and thrive. Quote

Rare in the Championship, let alone rest of the EFL. Clearly knows how to work a squad and bring it back up, even if this season had been pretty crap so far. Quote
