I'm confused. What's he insinuating here?

And I'm also confused as to how he still gets the Middlesbrough game despite knowing he's leaving by mutual consent. Why allow him to stick around, and from Harris' perspective why hang about?

He called a portion of Millwall fans thick.

As he's prepared for the next two games, they've probably agreed to let him stay so they have a week to find an interim.
