Is there a rule or anything requiring teams to at least be competitive? San Marino seems to losing every match by about 5 goals, and they have yet to score so...

Some people argue some teams should have to pre qualify.

Makes some sense, and if they were to add a Pre-Qualifying Round, it was shorten up the group stages, which would lessen the chances of the key players getting injured.

San Marino are such a small country they are never gonna qualify. They can be quite reckless with tackles as well. Not sure if it's good for their devolopment either to get smashed 4,5,6-0 every game. If they had to pre qualify they could spend more time playing teams nearer to their level.

Holy hell. What a strike to make it 2-0. Holy shit.....

The ball bounces outside the box and Ozdoev kicks it up way outside the box and the rocket goes right by the keeper. Again...unreal.

And doing the math, we aren't in the Finals yet...unless Cyprus wins out AND Russia loses every match, then they could make it ahead of the Russians. Of course, Sunday's match for Russia is against Cyprus so as long as we don't lose, we are in.

With Belgium's win today, they have booked their play in the Euro Finals.
