  1. So Sakho suffers an ACL injury which totally scuppers our leverage of selling him for the £20-£30m we would have got. Seriously, Our luck with injuries this season has been absolutely horrendous.
  2. Yeah but he can hardly scream it from the rooftops at the business end of the season. City might not be in for him but if they want him, they'll get him.
  3. Roberto? As in Firmino? That's a horrible comparison to make if that's who you mean Firmino is absolute quality and is one of Klopps favourite players (he wanted him at Dortmund). Karius is exactly what he should be which is back up to Mignolet because frankly, he's not as good.
  4. You've pretty much nailed it mate. I think we'll see him progress through the age groups before been given a coaching role with the first team and then hopefully the main job. This all obviously depends entirely on how good a job he does at each stage of his development.
  5. Just goes to show how good the bloke is though. Its like an obsession that he's injured
  6. I'd not heard pal! Cheers for letting me know
  7. Why is everyone posting the exact same thing? Is it a big thing?
  8. Yeah he's had a recurring hip injury but he's ready to start again now. It's true though that he's not Klopps favourite cup of tea, whether that's because of style of play or on a personal level I'm not too sure. The thing with Klopp is that he likes us to press relentlessly from the front but Sturridge just doesn't trust his body enough to do that and sometimes it comes across as him been lazy. Basically I think Klopp just thinks he's a fanny.
  9. We can hold on and we should hold on given the fixtures of the teams involved. But we'll find a way to fuck it up, we always do!
  10. I listen to TalkSport all the time in the car, it's good for giggles. The Two Mikes crack me up
  11. Or if only we could just play the top 7 teams every week.
  12. It all just seems so out of sentiment rather than trying to improve the team. He's just going to be an extremely expensive squad player that is getting worse as each month passes. I mean, you lot have aspirations of breaking into the top six next season and there's no way in this world Rooney would get anywhere near any of the clubs presently in the top six. He's not even guaranteed a place in your team now! The game has changed so much recently. It's all about speed of play, interchanging and pressing. Rooney looks about 40 years old in today's game.
