Santos Borre starred for River Plate last season and is currently a starter for his Colombian national team, who are playing at the Copa America. I think that Frankfurt have pulled off a great deal, if the reports are confirmed to be true. Signing a player of Santos Borre's quality on a free transfer, is a bit of a coup.
