nfb_10
Welcome to the official discussion of anything related to the national football team of the twin island republic of Trinidad & Tobago. CURRENT SQUAD: CURRENT HEX STANDINGS At this current moment in time, Trinidad & Tobago are on the right track in terms of how they play out on the field under Dennis Lawrence and assistant coach Sol Campbell, but thus far have not been able to translate that into getting results. However, sneaking 4th place and getting a shot at qualifying for the 2018 World Cup through a playoff is not out of the question, as there are still four games, including a home game against Honduras and a match against Panama, their direct competition for that 4th spot. Guest
Doubt you'll make much of an impact, but you'll definitely beat Honduras. They are embarrassingly bad.
Guest
May I just ask though, why the fuck aren't you in the Gold Cup?

Yet they've qualified for the last two World Cups. They may have done badly but it shows that they're good enough.

They've gotten worse since the last world cup, where they were also awful. Their only standout player is Alberth Elis, and last night showed that they aren't very good. The fact that they qualified for the last 2 world cup shows how poor CONCACAF is.

I was wondering the same thing too, especially since I'd rank us as being better than the likes of Curacao and Nicaragua There isn't much fuss about that here though, we're mostly focused on the Hex, although that's not exactly turning out great for us either at the moment.
