Chelsea have turned down a bid for N'Golo Kante from Inter Milan that included Marcelo Brozovic and have also informed the Italians they are not interested in a deal including former Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Christian Eriksen.

But that may not have completely put Inter off Kante, as the Serie A club are attempting to raise funds through player sales before deciding whether to make a final straight cash bid for Chelsea's midfielder.

Kante is one of Antonio Conte's top targets, but the former Chelsea head coach knows that he faces a struggle to land the 29-year-old. (Independent.ie)
